		Project Description Sparling was responsible for electrical system design for 230,000 sq. ft. of tenant improvements in Quadrant Lake Union Center Buildings One and Two. The project included a 5,400 sq. ft. data center with UPS and generator as well as private offices, a cafeteria, a library, classrooms and training areas.
