		Project Description For the AIA award-winning Seminar II building, Sparling provided electrical, technology and lighting design for a new 159,862 sq. ft., five-cluster building. The facility provides space to support the Public Service Center, Evening and Weekend Studies Program and a small satellite cafe. The building's design focuses on sustainability, life-cycle costs and energy conservation. The project is LEED® Gold certified.
