		Project Description Sparling introduced a new standard in wireless services by implementing a hands-free wireless device, worn as a necklace by employees, to enhance voice communication, live research assistance for outside callers and advanced paging across 363,000 sq. ft. of this iconic structure. The technology system chosen reduced costs and transformed the City's building operations.
