Project Description
Sparling performed electrical, technology and lighting design for a 41-story, 1.4 million sq. ft. project, including retail, residential, office, entertainment and hotel components. Two towers sit above a 380,000 sq. ft., urban lifestyle center. The project includes 148 luxury residences, a four-star hotel, ballrooms, restaurants, a lounge and a lobby bar. There is also a sky bridge connecting to Bellevue Square Mall.
